Lets see here where do i start
Intel 1156 is out dated crap and no longer used
It is cheaper to use the current Intel socket 1155

as for the ram why did you select 1333 ram with slow timings


Replace the following
Motherboard
CPU Intel 2500K would be a good choice
RAM

I will find problems with the rest of it tonigth
