They are forcing most ISP's in to the 3 strikes and you are out policy of anti piracy
What is worse it is based on a dynamic IP Address

The "Big 5" (Telstra, Optus, iiNet, iPrimus and Internode) are doing that, dunno if it affects the smaller ISPs using their lines though. If it doesn't straight away, I'm sure it will eventually.
