fraps wont work it keeps coming up "Fraps has stopped working" any surgestions i've tried run as admin reinstall and updating version NO LUCK
rig is windows 7  ultimate x64

Works fine on my rig

It won't start in startup but that is the only problem
I am also useing Win7 x64

Mine works fine, even on startup. I'm assuming I got the latest version, only got it a few days ago.

Mine's started failing for no apparent reason, doesn't even start at all now. When it did choose to work, it wouldn't show the FPS overlay so it was kind of useless. Might reinstall.

EDIT: Still runs in task manager, but when I kill it since it's not running anyway, MSN/TaskManager/Firefox even all stop responding :s

EDIT2: Um, apparently it's working fine now.. just takes ages to startup..? Curious.

what version ... and for the overlay if you still have the issue just make sure you have FRAPs always on top ticked on the home screen for it :P

I did, it was still ticked but still wasn't showing up - that's the issue.

yep mine WAS on that had issues so i updated to 3.1.0 build 11052 no issues i got a "full" version if you want it
